Engaging Financial Services Teams with Accenture to Launch New Usage-Based Insurance

Mobilize Financial Services, a subsidiary of the Renault group, announces the launch of Mobilize Insurance, a motor insurance specialist for the European market which will offer integrated usage-based motor insurance for Renault, Dacia and Alpine customers. As part of the group’s ambition to create sustainable mobility for all, Mobilize Insurance will offer a “pay as you drive” insurance model, with personalized rates and offers.

Mobilize Financial Services is collaborating with global professional services firm Accenture to build and operate the end-to-end insurance platform, with the goal of creating optimized and unique experiences across the customer journey, sales and fidelity to the claims process, made possible by an in-vehicle insurance solution that takes advantage of the car’s connectivity.

Mobilize Insurance leveraged the expertise of Accenture Song to help create this innovative new platform. This includes designing the entire customer experience: from the purchase journey to complaints to ongoing customer loyalty, leveraging the connectivity of the modern vehicle.
